But 1788 Holdings and Persimmon Capital Partners decided to take luxury to the next level, with Jarad Slipp, a master sommelier, who will provide on-site consultations, tastings and educational workshops in the building's 1,500 SF wine lounge. Slipp will run the program each quarter from the lounge, which will have private, climate-controlled wine storage unit for residents, Bethesda Magazine reports. Plus, the building's first residents will get a one-year membership to Virginia winery RdV Vineyards, where Slipp is the estate director.
