More Apartments for NoMa?

Sandy Wilkes and his Wilkes Company are readying more apartments for NoMa. According to documents filed this week with DC's Zoning Commission, the firm is planning to construct a 400-unit apartment complex at 300 M Street NE, just east of the NoMa Metro station and across the street from the Central Armature site. The project is also slated to include between 9,000 and 12,900 square feet of retail, according to the Wilkes Co's filing.
