Insight Plans to Convert the Buchanan School into Condos and Townhomes

At a large community meeting on Tuesday, Insight Property Group presented plans for 41 townhomes and 40 condos on a roughly two-acre Capitol Hill site, currently home to the Buchanan School. Another 14 to 16 surface parking spaces are planned for the condos. Insight hopes to begin construction in the fall of 2016, and deliver in 2018. [UT]
