When you’re not a Wall Street institution, David—a Lehman alum—says people feel more confident that their interests are being kept in mind. In the few weeks since its launch, it’s already in half a dozen engagements in the pre-IPO, general advisory, and private realm, he notes; adding, real estate is being recapitalized in the public market, and now we’re in the modern REIT era. He sees quite a few companies going public and dynamics at play again, similar to the early ‘90s. |
