625 Resi Units Planned for Pooks Hill in Bethesda

A partnership led by the Quadrangle Development Corp has filed initial plans for two 15-story residential towers in Pooks Hill. The project may also include as much as 35k SF of retail, and as many as 800 parking spaces. [BethMag]
