125 Units Headed to 315 H St

MRP Realty’s 100-unit development across from the Giant grocery store at 360° H has now increased to 125 units. On Thursday the developer filed plans for an eight-story, 90-foot-tall building. The condos will be a mix of mainly studios and junior one-bedrooms, with a few one- and two-bedrooms thrown in, reports UrbanTurf. The Hord Coplan Macht-design will also have 6k SF of street-level retail and 29 parking spots. The Giant grocery has proven to be the gift that keeps on giving, spurring development along the west end of the H Street corridor. [UrbanTurf]
