Zoning Commission Nixes Flexibility for Union Market PUD

Edens Development is facing a new hurdle in its bid to redevelop Union Market, which would include a movie theater and additional floors above the current structure, District Source reports. Edens is negotiating an LOI with a potential office tenant, but the Zoning Commission wants them to decide if they're going to build offices or residential units before voting on their PUD.
