After signing a 75-year ground lease with Arlington County for a 2.7-acre Rosslyn Heights Park site in July, Penzance has submitted its site plan for the project.
The developer is seeking approval for a 912-unit mixed-use development, rendered above, with roughly 25k SF of retail for the site at 1555 and 1559 Wilson Blvd, Urban Turf reports.
The development would include two buildings of 240 and 270 feet in height. The taller East Building would have two towers, one with 105 units and the other with 456 units, plus the redeveloped Fire Station 10 and 19k SF of retail. The West Building would have 351 residences and 6,800 SF of retail.
Arlington's Site Plan Review Committee will consider Penzance's proposal at a Nov. 14 meeting. It is scheduled to go in front of the planning commission and the County Board in February. [UT]
