A new 302-unit addition to the Century Center site in Crystal City could soon be moving forward.

The Arlington County board will vote Saturday, and is expected to approve, the proposal by Lowe Enterprises for a 22-story apartment building at 2351 Jefferson Davis Highway, UrbanTurf reports.

Near the intersection of the Jefferson Davis Highway and 23rd Street South, the project would add to the existing seven-building Century Center development, which was built more than 40 years ago.

The building would include 47 studios along with 126 one-bedroom and 129 two-bedroom apartments. It would also have 22K SF of ground-floor retail.
