Marketing Image for Capitol Point South, AJSNY
Plans have been submitted for JBG and Brandywine’s multi-phase development project in NoMa. The mixed-use project has three separate addresses but will be constructed as a single building and include residential, office, retail and a movie theater. Three architects are on board and each portion of the building will have its own distinct look. Plans call for an 11-story glass office tower with ground-floor retail, a nine-story tower for office and retail, and a 12-story, 220-unit residential building. The project is part of JBG’s Capitol Point complex, which also includes the Hyatt Place hotel and plans for a 350-unit residential building. [WBJ]
