Now that Capitol Luxury Development has sold its proposed condo development at 1468 Belmont St NW to Taurus Development Group, some changes have been made.

The original proposal combined two empty lots for a 16,285 SF condo with units ranging from 500 SF to 1,025 SF. New plans call for a four-story, 13.5k SF residential development with eight units.

Amenities include a green roof, balconies and bike storage. There will also be eight parking spaces. [Curbed]
