Penzance's plan to build 912 new units on Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn will face a major test this weekend.
The Arlington County Board will consider the developer's proposal for the Rosslyn Highlands Park development on Saturday, UrbanTurf reports.
Penzance owns an office building at 1555 Wilson Blvd. and last summer inked a 75-year ground lease with the county for the adjacent Fire Station 10 and Rosslyn Highlands Park.
The developer's plan for the site calls for three residential towers. The 270-foot East Building would have two towers of 105 and 456 units, while the 240-foot West Building would have 351 units. The buildings would have a combined 26k SF of retail.
