Altus Realty JV Plans $80M Project Across From Nationals Park

Altus Realty is partnering with EagleBank CEO Ron Paul's (pictured) private real estate company, Ronald D. Paul Cos, to build a 220k SF mixed-use development in the Baseball District. Paul purchased the 30,357 SF parcel (a collection of six) for $11M. MAC Realty Advisors helped to structure the JV, arranged the sale of the land as well as an acquisition and pre-development loan. The $80M project will include 250 apartments and retail, facing Nationals Park. It delivers in 2018. [GS]
