A three-building flex-industrial portfolio has been put on the market in Chantilly, VA, with Avison Young repping the seller, an undisclosed pension fund advised by CIM Group.

The Route 28 South portfolio, at 14000 Thunderbolt Place and 14320 and 14340 Sullyfield Circle in Chantilly, includes a total of 338k SF of industrial and office space. The portfolio is 67% leased with Northrop Grumman and CACI International as two of the main tenants.

"“These types of properties are getting increased attention from institutional investors who are looking to diversify out of pure office product," Avison Young principal John Kevill said in a release. "Because of their high quality, we are seeing interest from groups that haven’t been historically focused on this asset type.”
