Will Victor Find the FBI?

With the news that Victor Hoskins will take a top economic development post with Prince George's County, the real coup may be that his background in DC enables him to know what it will take to move the FBI outside the city. Victor oversaw $6.8B in new development in four years as DC's top economic development official, including the procurement of billions in foreign investment. All eyes will be on him as he makes sure the MGM resort and casino at National Harbor goes off without a hitch.
