The Advisory Board Company has brought on JLL's Trip Howell (right, with Lincoln Property Company's Chris Dyson) and Greg Lubar to evaluate the firm's real estate needs as it explores options around DC. (The advisors are advising the Advisory Board. Wait, who's on first?) The announcement was made yesterday, though we're told JLL has been working with the Advisory Board for months; architecture firm NBBJ and Cassidy Turley's Paul Collins are also assisting with the search. ABC occupies about 300k SF in the West End, with its several leases expiring between 2017 and 2019; the firm will consider its current location, build-to-suits, and existing properties.
