The Deal Sheet

EdenHill could rest on its laurels—it’s been in the same spot in New Braunfels since 1956 (soon it's gonna be older than its residents), and it’s the only continuing care retirement community (CCRC) between San Antonio and Austin. Instead, it’s completing a significant expansion in its goal to become a one-stop-stop for senior living.
