On the ground at ICSC, we caught up with Stafford County Economic Development assistant director Rick Cobert (with colleague Bethany Miller), who tells us the county is growing fast, thanks to drivers like Mary Washington Healthcare's Stafford Hospital, new technology and research facilities, as well as being home to 48% of Quantico and its five investigative agencies (and thousands of employees). They're also bullish on that area's Quantico Corporate Center, a multi-million SF development where big corporations like MITRE have already moved in.
