McCullough Makes Waves on the C&O Canal

McCullough Construction showcases 1055 Wisconsin Ave in Georgetown. The footprint is sandwiched between the C&O Canal and a narrow alley, which McCullough anticipates will be an interesting challenge for this project. This six-story, LEED Silver project features four levels of residential units and a roof level with fitness room, pool, roof deck, and green roof. There are two levels of below-grade parking, a main-level lobby, and retail space. Rock excavation is complete and the structure was recently topped out, a major milestone. The luxury condos—co-developed by Eastbanc and Willco—are expected to sell between $3M and $5M each and will have the highest level of interior finishes ever used for DC condos.
