Logan Hardware Hops Down 14th Street

Two historic row homes on 14th Street will serve as the new home of Logan Hardware. The store's P Street lease is set to expire this summer and it decided to move up a few blocks—UIP General Contracting will soon begin work on renovating the properties. UIP will add almost 4,000 new SF to the properties at 1734-1736 14th, and the firm says Logan Hardware will occupy 12,500 SF in all once work is complete.
