Goldstar Buys R-B Complex

Goldstar Group (here's CEO Michael Brodsky at our Development Boom event this morning; it's nice to be a panelist, look how comfy that chair is) just announced its purchased a 92k SF luxury extended-stay apartment complex right near the Virginia Square Metro from Hunt Properties and Korman Communities. According to Arlington County records, the property, located at 3409 Wilson Blvd, sold for about $40M; Goldstar will convert the building to condos. CBRE's William Roohan, Andrew Boyer, Michael Muldowney, Jonathan Greenberg, Michael Rudolph, Brian Margerum, Martha Hastings, Bret Kampf, and Adam Dunn repped the sellers.
