Goldstar Buys Again

Goldstar Group (here's CEO Michael Brodsky at our Development Boom event last month) has just purchased the Shelter Cove apartments in Odenton for $43M, just weeks after purchasing the former AKA Virginia Square hotel in the RB Corridor (which we previously reported). Shelter Cove contains 300 units and sits at the doorstep of the ever-growing Ft. Meade area in Anne Arundel County. Transwestern's Dean Sigmon and Robin Williams repped the sellers.
