From Association HQ to Executive Suites

KLNB's Josh Simon (snapped with dad Neil Simon of Blake Real Estate) brokered the sale of the vacant 950 N Washington St in Alexandria to CAS Riegler and JC Reger Interests, the firm announced this morning. The seller, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, who vacated the digs a few years back, and KLNB says the buyers (who Josh repped) will convert the building to executive suites. Avison Young's Dave Millard, Peter Berk, and Nick Gregorios repped the AAPA in the deal.
