Foggy Bottom Hotel Has New Name

Chatham Lodging Trust announced late yesterday that it will rebrand its DoubleTree by Hilton hotel at 801 New Hampshire Ave into a Residence Inn. (Sources tell us it bit off more than it could chew by adding a second tree.) Chatham will renovate the property, with delivery expected for May. The 105-room hotel consists of all one-bedroom suites and a rooftop pool.
