Ezra Companies Close 20K SF Deal in Ballston

Congrats to Ezra Companies' Paul Chandler (with some former fraternity brother named Larry David and colleague Jack Schneider), who just closed a five-year, 20k SF lease on behalf of client Aveshka at 4075 Wilson Blvd in Ballston. Paul, who teamed up with colleague Sam Werner on the deal, says it was actually a sublease (BAE Systems originally leased the space) and consulting firm Aveshka was attracted to Ballston, in part, because it's a great area for recruitment. Aveshka is tripling the space it occupies in Tysons, and plans to move about 100 employees to the new space.
