DC Multifamily Community Converges

We stopped by a multifamily cocktail event last week, thrown quarterly by Mill Creek Residential Trust's Jessie Barter Henry and HFF's Brenden Flood. Their mission: make sure movers and shakers aren't missing opportunities. Over 50 attended at Drafting Table on 14th. Only one issue—they don't have a quality name for the group yet (we suggested the Barter's Bartering Hour—and haven't heard back).
