C&W Snags Weebly HQ

Speaking of C&W, the firm just helped Weebly lease 25k SF at Galleria Corporate Centre in Scottsdale. The website design company inked the five-year deal, valued at $256M, to house its customer operations HQ. And in turn, the company plans to hire for 250 positions over the next three years. C&W's Jon Dishotsky and Cutter MacLeod out of San Fran and C&W's Ryan Bartos and Matt Coxhead in Phoenix brokered the deal for Weebly, while CBRE's Bryan Taute repped Galleria's landlord, Stockdale Capital Partners.
