Yesterday, the crew from CREBA launched its new "First Look" event series with a tour of CityCenter. Hosted by owner/developer Hines, attendees got an inside look at the office, apartment, and retail space of the newly delivered project. Here's Hines' Richard Nelson with Vornado/Charles E. CoStar Group's Kirstie Boatright and Benjamin Luke flank Civitas' Branden Isaac. Hines' first office tenant for CityCenter, law firm Covington & Burling, is in the process of moving into its 420k SF space. (This explains while all of Covington's friends are out of town at the moment, rendering them unable to help with the move.)
