Breaking News: WRIT Picks Up Yale West

WRIT has made another big residential buy, announcing this morning the purchase of the 216-unit Yale West apartments on New York Avenue for $73M, or about $338k/unit. (Yale West? Isn't that what the admissions brochures at New Haven Community College calls the school?) The buy comes on the heels of WRIT's October purchase of the Paramount apartments in Crystal City.
