Bisnow Exclusive: CBS to 1255 22nd Street

Bisnow has learned that CBS News has signed an LOI to occupy 57k SF at 1255 22nd St in the West End, where its Washington bureau will occupy half of the newly renovated building (aka West End Court). They reached a deal moments before Walter Cronkite was to call the negotiations a stalemate.
