Bids Rise as Heating Plant Auction Nears

The "soft close" for the auction of the GSA's West Heating Plant, originally scheduled for this afternoon, has been moved to 12:52 PM tomorrow, and at press time, the bidding was up to $5.2M. JLL's Tim Kastens, who is helping market the property on behalf of the GSA, was not at liberty to comment until the auction closes. Stay tuned for more coverage tomorrow.
