Crown Launches Centre-Naming Contest

The Valhalla Executive Centre Is Being Rebranded, And New Managers/Leasers Crown Realty Partners Are Holding A Contest To Find A New Name.

Crown Realty Partners has launched a contest to rename The Valhalla Executive Centre.

Crown manages and leases the 44-year-old KingSett Capital complex, which is at 300, 302, 304 The East Mall and near Highway 427.

The centre is composed of 288K SF, which includes three office towers.

Valhalla Executive Centre is seeking a new name.

On-site amenities include conference space, free shuttle service and a fitness club. The building complex was previously leased and managed by Dream Unlimited Corp.

The naming contest is open to everyone and comes with a CA$2,500 prize. Participants will be asked to offer up not only a new name, but the reason for their choice. The deadline is Oct. 12.
