Morguard's The Heathview Named Rental Development of the Year

The Heathview, Morguard Corp’s 30-storey, twin-tower rental apartment and townhouse project in Forest Hill Village, was named 2015 Rental Development of the Year by the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario at its annual awards gala Dec. 4. Located at 310 and 320 Tweedsmuir Ave, The Heathview replaced two end-of-life multi-unit residential buildings with a LEED-designed development, the first purpose-built rental in 40 years in one of the city’s wealthiest neighbourhoods. The project is a "testament to Morguard's ability to meet market demand for condo-quality rentals through a sustainable, long-term value investment," said Morguard CEO K. Rai Sahi.
