Fengate Capital Management Buys 7 Oakville Buildings

Fengate Capital Management has acquired six industrial and office buildings in Oakville, a total of 530k SF on 35 acres at QEW and Highway 403. Coupled with an office portfolio Fengate acquired in 2014, this deal (for industrial properties at 2879, 2905, 2951, 2965 Bristol Circle and 2351 Upper Middle Rd E, and an office tower at 2010 Winston Park Dr, above) consolidates 47 acres of contiguous lands with 1.1 km of unobstructed highway exposure. The transaction has created an “irreplaceable asset,” managing director John Bartkiw says, pointing to “compelling long-term redevelopment opportunities."
