Dalfen America Buys 5-Building Nevada Logistics Portfolio

Montreal-HQ’d Dalfen America Corp has acquired a five-building, 1.25M SF logistics portfolio in the Sparks submarket of Reno, NV. The portfolio, including 45 Vista Blvd, above, is 94% occupied with tenants primarily focused on third-party logistics and next-day delivery, including OHL, one of the world’s largest logistics operators. President Sean Dalfen says the acquisition embodies his firm’s e-commerce investment strategy of buying quality assets in infill locations along transportation corridors (I-80 / Highway 395). The properties are adjacent to a UPS West Coast shipping hub, “a key factor in our decision to purchase the portfolio.”
