Vancouver’s CREC Commercial Fund LP has acquired an 895K SF warehousing and distribution facility at 8875 Torbram Road in Brampton for $158.25M. On 37.4 acres in Bramalea Business Park, the 38-foot clear height centre — Canada’s largest LEED Gold-certified industrial building — is near highways, two intermodal terminals, transit and Pearson International Airport.
