Skyline International Development
Silver Hotel Group has bought Pantages Hotel Toronto Centre from Skyline International Development. Built in 2004, the condo and boutique hotel near Yonge and Dundas was designed by Moshe Safdie and Core Architects for developers Dundee (now Dream) and Intracorp. Its sale was brokered by Colliers International Hotels. Silver Hotel’s Toronto portfolio includes Bond Place Hotel, Comfort Hotel Downtown, Radisson Admiral Harbourfront, Strathcona Hotel and Hotel Victoria. Last summer, Skyline sold the Cosmopolitan Hotel Toronto to Vancouver-based Executive Hotels and Resorts for $13M.
