OK, so we’ve been watching Games of Thrones of late. JLL is looking north GTA, with the news the company is expanding their opps there, and the creation of a “suburban team.” There are two people heading that up—Howard Bogler and Elliot Greenberg, who will serve as SVPs (Masters-of-Arms at Castle Black, members of the Night’s Watch?). Bogler and Greenberg have collectively negotiated over 1,500 transactions representing over $20B in their careers. We spoke with Elliot, who tells us there will be 20 to 25 employees working there, focusing initially on office leasing and tenant representation, complementing offices in Mississauga and Toronto.
