| One WTC, snapped this morning. The GSA—an original tenant of the former 6 World Trade Center—will occupy floors 50 through 55 for 20 years. It joins Condé Nast (1.2M SF) and Vantone China Center (190k SF) in bringing the building to 55% leased two years prior to its completion. The tenant was repped by David Lipson of Studley's DC office, while the owners were repped in-house by Durst's Tom Bow and the Port Authority's Philippe Visser. |
