One of these people was part of the entertainment for the evening. Any guesses? Hint: It wasn't Melo Group's Martin Melo, Jose Luis Melo, or Carlos Melo, even though all three are amusing gentlemen. We found them at the Aria on the Bay condo launch party at the Adrienne Arsht Center. According to the developers, shovels will be in the ground by early 2015 for the 53-story Edgewater development completely designed by Arquitectonica (exterior, interior, landscape) for completion two years later. The 647-unit property will also include 40k SF of retail and more than 1,000 parking spaces.
