Publix, Restaurants Headed To Pembroke Pines Lifestyle Project

Publix. BurgerFi. PizzaRev. The Halal Guys. These are a handful of names that have already signed leases to occupy Pines City Center, a 47-acre mixed-use project that will include 300K SF of lifestyle retail space.

Terra Group is developing the project that will also include 385 apartments. Publix is set to anchor the first phase of 200K SF of retail, which will deliver late in 2018.

Located in the City of Pembroke Pines, the Pines City Center project is expected to be within walking distance of 1,500 residential units, and the project will be next door to the city's planned $60M civic center. According to Terra, 70% of the project is pre-leased.

This is Terra's second Pembroke Pines project. It is planning on 16000 Pines Market, a 135K SF mixed-use project off Pines Boulevard, according to The Real Deal.
