Goldman Buys Wynwood Doors for $12M

Goldman Properties acquired Wynwood Doors in Wynwood for $12M. The property includes 31k SF of land and a nearly 4k SF warehouse adjacent to Wynwood Walls, the collection of graffiti and street art. The purchase represents an addition to Goldman Properties' holdings and plans for the neighborhood, which include a parking garage with an artistic facade and office space, as well as other residential, hotel, office and retail space, the South Florida Business Journal reports. Sellers Ismailia and Ali Rashid were repped by RKF senior directors Benjamin Mandell and John Ellis. [SFBJ]
