Bisnow Exclusive: Major North Miami Beach Site Comes to Market

Flagler SVP Cary Cohen tells Bisnow that the company is bringing a large land development site to market: Biscayne Village, which is 18 acres in North Miami Beach at 15780 W Dixie Hwy, just south of Downtown Aventura. The owner, Moore Investments, is looking to sell the site outright, but will entertain partnerships. "It has the potential to be the largest development site east of I-95 in Dade County," Cary says. He's snapped with Flagler analyst David Maggard.

As many as 2,300 residential units could be built on the site, along or with 2.5M SF of commercial. "It's an opportunity in the path of development growth," Cary says. The demand for residential in this part of South Florida is stronger than ever, and he expects intense developer interest in the site. "Look at the growth in Sunny Isles Beach—this site is five minutes away."
