Two more tenants helped push McCraney Property Co's West Palm Beach spec warehouse to fully occupied. The firm snagged deals with third-party logistical operator Pilot Air Freight Corp for 32k SF and United Subcontractors for nearly 20k SF at its 400k SF Vista Distribution Center at 2211 Vista Pkwy, delivered last year. Michael Falk & Co namesake Michael Falk and Cushman & Wakefield's Christopher Thomson brokered the deals for McCraney. McCraney leased 30% of the building before it delivered last year to Nodara and Epic Gymnastics.
