Traffic Brick Networks is stocking a new warehouse for itself in the Dolphin Carpet and Tile Building. The firm leased 31k SF at the warehouse at 1471 West Hillsboro Blvd in Deerfield Beach to use for its event-related products distribution. Cushman & Wakefield's Matthew McAllister, Richard Etner, Christopher Metzger and Christopher Thomson brokered for Traffic Brick Networks. The C&W group also recently helped Prologis renew Hilti for 23k SF at Prologis Seneca Park.
