C&W Helps Trust Sell Nestlé Waters Facility

Maybe it's something in the water.

A local land trust has unloaded its Nestlé Waters distribution facility in Jupiter to an offshore investor for more than $5M. Cushman & Wakefield's Dominic Montazemi, Scott O'Donnell, Miguel Alcivar and Greg Miller repped Hummel Land Trust in its sale of the 22k SF facility at 1284 Park Lane St for some $231/SF.

The building is fully occupied by Nestlé Waters, and is a hub for markets from Boca Raton to Vero Beach. The deal also includes more than two acres of trailer park storage.

Speaking of C&W, the firm's Gordon Messinger helped direct the Transportation Security Administration into a 30k SF lease at Doral Concourse.

The six-story, 241k SF office building at 8400 Doral Blvd is already home to such giants as Starboard Cruise Services, Humana, Marriott, General Mills and Wells Fargo. Terms of the lease were undisclosed as of press time.
