IHG's First EVEN Hotel In Florida Gets Financing

Florida's first EVEN hotel has secured construction financing.

Atlanta-based InterContinental Hotels Group has secured a nearly $20M first mortgage loan to finance part of the construction of the 190-room select service hotel a mile from the Miami International Airport in Lake Palmer.

Financing also came from a group of Latin American investors. HALL Structured Finance arranged the financing. EVEN is a relatively new brand for IHG, and incorporates health and wellness services. The company plans another eight locations across the country so far.
