Hyatt Reveals Final Price For Thompson

Hyatt Hotels Corp has released more info on its March purchase of Thompson Miami Beach Hotel. In a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Hyatt revealed it paid $238M for the 380-key hotel at 4041 Collins Ave on Miami Beach. Hyatt promptly rebranded it as The Confidante, part of the chain's Unbound Collection. Hyatt execs described the hotels in that collection as part of a “portfolio of new and existing upper-upscale and luxury properties that will maintain a distinct character."
