Art-Focused Boutique Hotel Headed To Design District

21c Museum Hotel Durham

An art-focused boutique hotel chain is slated to open its first Miami location. 21c Museum Hotels has announced that it will flag a location at HELM Miami, a mixed-use project in the Design District by Helm Equities' Ayal Horovits and David Escava.

The 135-room, 325k SF facility will include a rooftop pool terrace, a bar and lounge, art-filled meeting and event spaces, and a chef-driven restaurant, like in 21c's Durham location, above. This is 21c's 10th project. JB Real Estate Investment Group's Paul Faver brokered the deal for Helm.
