Remi Apartments In Eastlake Sells To Acme Realty For $17.8M

Acme Realty Recently Purchased The Remi Apartments.

Acme Realty recently purchased the Eastlake-area Remi Apartments from TriMark Properties for $17.75M.

With 34 units, the deal traded at $480K/unit, excluding the value of the three ground-floor retail spaces.

The property, at 2727 Eastlake Ave. E, was 97% occupied at the time of the sale.

The apartment building was constructed in 1996 and has views of Lake Union and the mountains. The property features a large rooftop deck.

Mark Zoffel and Kyle Yamamoto of CBRE’s Capital Markets Multifamily Investment team negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller.
